Analyse sales data to highlight product performance
Plan and allocate stocks based on sales trend analysis
Consolidate stocks to optimise sales
Conduct store visits to ensure optimal stock level at stores
Work with Store Operations to gather product feedback
Work with Visual Merchandising team to determine how stock display can maximise customer interest and sales
Diploma/Degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or its equivalent
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in merchandise planning, preferably within a fashion retail or FMCG company.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in using sales data to sales insight
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal and communicative skills
Excellent in planning, organising tasks in a fast-paced environment
