Job description

The Retail Product Manager plays a vital role in the planning, execution, and evaluation of product merchandising and logistics functions.

The job involves managing product assortments, monitoring inventory and stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and implementing product strategies and promotional activities.

Key responsibilities include:

Category Management

- Implement product categories' range and assortment plans, pricing and promotional strategies.

- Analyze product sales, stock turnover rate, and inventory level.

- Review customers' feedback on product categories.

Product Sourcing

- Consolidate information to forecast merchandise demand.

- Contribute to merchandise and material sourcing.

Merchandising Strategies

- Provide inputs to formulate merchandising strategies.

- Analyze information on business environment and merchandising landscape.

Shopper Marketing

- Analyze shoppers' profiles and implement shopper promotional plans.

- Measure effectiveness of change in visual displays.

Partner Relationships

- Maintain business partnerships.

- Organize relevant information for negotiations with partners.

- Perform cargo handling and logistics delivery tasks.

This role requires 1-2 years of related experience and proficiency in MS Excel.
