Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented RMA Administrator for Warranty Service to manage and process product returns efficiently.
The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure timely handling of returns, warranty claims, and defective product replacements.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage RMA requests for defective or returned products.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve product issues.
- Track and maintain RMA records, including approvals, shipments, and replacements.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding RMA status.
- Generate reports and dashboards on RMA trends, volumes, and resolutions.
- Assist in inventory adjustments related to returned or replaced products.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC in any discipline.
- Entry level candidates are welcome.
- Good communication and teamwork are essential.
