Responsibilities
1.
Revenue & Distribution Support
Monitor daily occupancy, pick-up trends, and rate parity across all online and offline channels.
Assist in loading, creating and maintaining rates, packages, and restrictions in PMS, CRS, Channel Manager, and OTA extranets.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of rates and inventory across all distribution platforms.
Prepare and update regular reports for forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews.

Channel Management & Analysis
Track and analyse production from various distribution channels (OTAs, brand website, GDS, direct bookings).
Provide insights and highlight discrepancies in channel performance, suggesting corrective actions when needed.
Liaise with Digital Marketing and Sales teams to ensure promotional offers are correctly reflected across all channels.
3.
System & Data Integrity
Support data entry and correction of reservations in case of integration or system issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of rate codes, room types, and promotional campaigns in all systems.
Participate in periodic audits to ensure the integrity of data across platforms.
Strategic Exposure & Learning
Participate in weekly revenue meetings to observe and contribute to pricing strategies and business decisions.
Assist in special projects such as system upgrades, data cleansing, or new channel implementation.
Share observations on market trends, competitive set performance, or opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Tourism, or related field.
Genuine interest in hotel revenue management, analytics, and distribution technology.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of IDEAS/PMS/CRS/OTA/Channel Manager systems is an advantage.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams.
Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
