Roles & Responsibilities
- Compensation Management: Drive / support group compensation programs covering performance management, allowances, annual remuneration cycles, and market salary benchmarking.
- Benefits Management: Design, review, and optimize employee benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and employee engagement.
- HR Partnering: Strategic HR compensation advisory and development of tailored compensation solutions to support business performance.
- Compensation Systems (IT / HRIS): Work collaboratively with IT / HRIS to identify system and process improvement opportunities for compensation systems.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline, with minimum of 6 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
- Familiarity in compensation & benefits, performance management and system / process improvement is important.
- Proven ability to provide HR solutions in a fast-paced and complex environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
- Meticulous and well organized in managing multiple priorities.
