is recruiting for a regional role that focuses on optimizing revenue growth through regional RGM strategies, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision making to support APAC markets.

What You Will Do
Execute the APAC sales strategy by adapting global and regional guidance to create opportunities and identify competitive/differentiation strategies.
Evaluate investment decisions and build strong relationships with key leaders, partners, and clients.
Support the implementation of sales strategy in alignment with APAC direction and provide market insights to guide the regional team.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement RGM strategies for regional growth, including pricing, promotion, and trade investment strategies with local market adaptation and regional compliance.
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and risks to support regional decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and execution of RGM strategies.
Pricing Strategy: Provide local market insights to support APAC pricing and ensure effective local execution of approved pricing.
Promotional Effectiveness: Monitor and report on promotions to ensure desired consumer behavior and ROI.
Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs to assess RGM strategy effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
Team Leadership: Guide and develop a team of RGM professionals across APAC, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful RGM initiatives.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to keep the organization competitive.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, collaborative, and able to influence others without formal authority.
They should be pragmatic, analytical, proficient in Excel (scenario modelling, data consolidation, dashboards), and bring diverse commercial experience across cultures and markets.
Qualifications
Minimum 5-7 years of related experience in Sales, RGM, Finance or a related field.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or economics.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic thinking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Strong leadership and management skills with ability to motivate a team.
In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics with a track record of driving revenue growth and market share.
Strong financial acumen to evaluate investment decisions related to sales strategy.
Desired Qualifications
Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to develop effective sales plans.
Ability to stay current with industry trends and best practices to maintain competitiveness.
