Duties and responsibilities:
Setup and test RMA devices according to Engineer's instructions.
Support remote access request (test setup, changing of device, testing and collecting results etc.)
through phone, emails, and online system.
Support ad-hoc/special request like instrument upgrades and evaluation.
Perform Test hardware order, buy-off (new), debug and repair.
Assembly of new instruments on benches.
Coordinate and execute equipment relocation (including incoming and outgoing).
Perform/coordinate PM, calibration and repair of Test Floor equipment – ATE and peripherals,
and Benches' instruments as needed
Support RMA engineering bench setup, upgrade, verification, modification and management.
Manage day to day RMA bench utilization for testing according to priorities.
Track and control RMA parts used in testing.
Track and manage HW inventory and Instrument calibration and PM.
Maintain RMA benches and equipment/instrument in RMA lab.
Compile engineering and operational reports, RMA testing result.
Technical Expertise:
At least 2 years' working experience on different ATE testers and peripherals such as Advantest/Teradyne testers, System level and engineering bench instrument.
Hands-on experience on bench setups and testing with different instrument (ie: oscilloscope, power supply, RF instrument etc.).
Familiar in various system level testing setup (Power, RF etc.) and having experience in semiconductor assembly, SMT and packaging associated issue, understanding the relevant mechanical test parameters and semiconductor industry process.
Experience in the automotive industry or related products is preferred.
