Job Description:
To actively promote and sell the company's training courses by engaging customers, creating product awareness, and driving sales performance at retail outlets, roadshows, or events.
Approach, engage and build rapport with potential customers to introduce training courses available.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints in a professional manner.
Complete the registration process including collecting payments via paynow and Skills Future Credit
Follow up with participants other courses that is suitable for them
Attend training and briefing conducted by the company to ensure knowledge and skills possessed are always up to date.
Provide more information to participants as and when needed
Manage onsite roadshow independently and ensure all transactions and registration are updated
