Responsibilities
- Provide technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for industrial robots at both in-house and customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to robotic systems and controllers including simple programming.
• Respond to service requests via phone, email, or on-site visits, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Document service activities, performance findings, and maintenance results in internal systems.
• Perform system upgrades, adjustments, and restarts when required.
• Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate records in the service database.
• Coordinate field service activities and scheduling with the service management team.
• Liaise with regional technical teams for technical support and warranty-related matters.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure proper administrative documentation.
• Continuously learn and apply system programming concepts to support customers effectively.
Requirements - Diploma / Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automation, robotics, or technical service roles
• Strong skills in electrical/electronic and mechanical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or service management systems is an advantage
• Willing to travel within the region, including occasional site visits outside regular working hours
