DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Safety
- Identify unsafe condition and unsafe work practice.
- Participate in risk management activities.
- Recommend and assist implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- To organize and attend the health safety check and environmental protection check and point out the problem for further improvement.
Security
- To manage access/entrance control of Visitor Management System for visitors, contractors, and vendors.
- To plan, deploy, monitor and control of security officers to patrolling of routes, perimeters, common area, buildings, etc.
- To manage traffic control and car park operations.
- Ensure accountability of all keys (physical / electronic) in the key press and ensure records are in order.
- To manage Security (CCTV) and Fire Systems in Fire Command Centre (FCC).
- To manage lost and found property.
- Be in-charge of FCC Control Room Day to day operations.
- Any other ad hoc duties and tasks assigned by management.
He/she will also assist the Safety Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department.
