What you'll be doing

  • Prospecting and securing new sales opportunities through active lead generation and cold calling
  • Managing and growing a portfolio of existing client accounts to maximise revenue and increase customer satisfaction
  • Conducting in-depth needs assessments to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements to secure deals that align with company objectives
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with technical, operations and marketing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in sales, account management or a related field, preferably in the system and network industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle complex client requests
