About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager who is motivated, independent, and ready to make an impact in the U.S. market.
This is a key role in our global growth strategy—focused on owning customer relationships, driving account success, and uncovering new business opportunities.
Unlike traditional account management roles, this position is strategic and growth-oriented, with a clear pathway toward advancing into Sales Business Development.
You will be empowered to act independently, lead client conversations, and help scale our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow strategic accounts across the U.S., ensuring retention, satisfaction, and expansion
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within current accounts and new prospects
Actively contribute to revenue generation by proposing tailored cybersecurity solutions that align with client needs
Drive account planning, performance reviews, and proposal creation in collaboration with internal teams
Experience with AI-driven tools and CRM systems to streamline sales workflows and customer engagement
Analyze market trends and customer insights to support strategic initiatives
Represent X-PHY at virtual and in-person client meetings, industry events, and partner sessions
Maintain high levels of responsiveness, client trust, and professional communication
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success—U.S. market experience preferred
Track record of independently managing customer accounts and achieving commercial goals
Proactive, self-directed, and motivated by growth and performance
Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
Familiar with CRM systems and modern sales platforms
Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity and drive smarter client interactions
Industry background in cybersecurity, SaaS, or hardware solutions is an added advantage.
