Job Description
- Position: Sales Admin Assistant
- Well Established Singapore Based Metal Testing Laboratory MNC
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,200 + Performance Bonus (Twice Per Year)
- Working Location: Joo Koon
- Additional 5 Days Family Care Leave Annually

Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer sales inquiries promptly, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
- Process sales quotations, orders, delivery orders, billing and other sales-related documents, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage customer Purchase Orders and customer accounts within the ERP system.
- Proactively monitor pending orders and provide status updates to the Sales Manager.
- Follow up with customers and engineering departments regarding client requests and variation orders.
- Generate and release final test reports to customers.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
- Assist Sales Manager on generating sales reports and analysis and contribute to streamline the processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or relevant discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience as Sales Coordinator or Customer Service.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
- Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Good knowledge in ERP system and Microsoft Office Application.
