Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Collect documents from Test departments
- Verify documents information and quantity against supporting document
- Binding and encrypting the E-Documents before release to the customers
- Maintain the Manual & Electronic Filing Systems
- Handling the photocopy, scan, upload and mailing documents
- Mail out letters, documents
- Answer phone calls & emails in timely manner
- Cover inter-department duties when necessary
- Assisting ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements:
- Minimum 'O' Level or equivalent
- Have initiative and be willing to learn
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Customer-orientated and attentive to details
- Good communication skills
- Competent keyboard skills and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
