Responsibilities
- Prepare sales and purchase confirmations for customers and suppliers.
- Process customer orders and issue purchase orders to suppliers.
- Generate customer invoices and arrange payments for supplier invoices.
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth delivery arrangements.
- Send monthly statements of account to customers.
- Provide general administrative support to the Sales Department.
Requirements
- Minimum ‘O’ Levels or equivalent
- Possess 1–2 years’ of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated with good analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
