Responsibilities
Coordinate and process various sales-related activities
Prepare delivery orders and sales invoices
Manage customer interactions, including creating quotations, invoicing, and scheduling deliveries
Familiarity with B2B corporate sales processes
Process sales orders and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery and accurate tracking
Qualifications
Knowledge of the semiconductor and electronic components industry
Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics operations
Proficient in IT skills, including advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
Experience working within a multinational team environment
Ability to build and maintain customer trust
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels and work independently
Capable of multitasking and adapting to changing priorities
Skilled in managing multiple cases simultaneously and responding promptly to unexpected issues
