Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle Sales and purchases efficient and effectively
- Provide the highest level of product knowledge in identifying and making recommendations to meet customer's needs
- Monitor the inventories level and ensure sufficient goods to meet sales order
- Coordinate all Sale Order & Customers' Enquiries
- Collaborate with Admin Dept.
to ensure Customers' Invoices are submitted to Account on time - Source, check & negotiate price for products purchase with suppliers
- Response to Customers' enquiries timely
- Ensure Customer's Order to be properly arranged & delivered
- Any other job duties as assigned by Management
Requirements
- Preferably 1 years of relevant experience in the related field
- Good communication skills
- Able to work working independently and in a fast pace environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Team player who possess initiative and able to multitask
- Meticulous and have good time management
- Possess high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Only Singaporean and Permanent Residents need to apply
Working Hours:
Mon-Fri: 8.30am - 6.00pm
