Job Info:
- Salary: Basic up to $3500 + VB
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday ; Office Hours

- Our client is a start-up company in the printing industry and is currently expanding its market globally
- This role provides end-to-end support across sales, marketing, office administration, quality control, and HR functions, ensuring smooth business operations and effective coordination with internal teams and external partners, ideal for candidates seeking career progression and broader learning opportunities (Mainly sales and marketing support)
- Reporting to the CEO, with guidance and training provided
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate sales lead lists, manage sales orders, deliveries, and import/export documentation
- Maintain CRM system, prepare reports, coordinate samples, and monitor inventory
- Support e-marketing, update company website, handle sales inquiries, and organize events/trade shows
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and company communications
- Assist QC team with documentation, test reports, and supplier verification
- Handle special projects assigned by the CEO
- Oversee recruitment, employee records, payroll, and leave tracking
- Liaise with MOM on work passes, levies, and compliance matters
- Prepare year-end HR reports
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in sales admin, marketing support, or related roles
- Skilled in drafting professional emails
- Experienced in managing sales orders
