Responsibilities
- Coordinate and process various sales-related activities
- Prepare delivery orders and sales invoices
- Manage customer interactions, including creating quotations, invoicing, and scheduling deliveries
- Familiarity with B2B corporate sales processes
- Process sales orders and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery and accurate tracking
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the semiconductor and electronic components industry
- Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics operations
- Proficient in IT skills, including advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Experience working within a multinational team environment
- Ability to build and maintain customer trust
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels and work independently
- Capable of multitasking and adapting to changing priorities
- Skilled in managing multiple cases simultaneously and responding promptly to unexpected issues
