The Sales Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of sales administrative functions, ensuring smooth execution of sales operations, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective support for the sales team.

Job Description
Sales Administration
- Oversee the preparation, processing, and tracking of all sales documentation, including contracts, agreements, and client records.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
- Manage commission calculations, verification, and disbursement for sales teams and agents.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and feedback, ensuring timely and professional resolution of complaints.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team to deliver excellent customer service.
Sales Data & Reporting
- Maintain and manage accurate sales data, reports, and performance dashboards.
- Conduct regular analysis of sales trends and provide actionable insights to management.
- Support data-driven decision-making through timely and accurate reporting.
- Oversee system data uploads and ensure proper maintenance of sales/CRM systems.
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Lead and supervise the sales administration team to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and high standards of work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, legal, operations) to align sales processes and strategies.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with external partners, agents, and stakeholders.
Process Improvement
- Continuously review and improve sales administrative processes to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and digital solutions to streamline workflows and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–8 years of relevant experience in sales administration, preferably within real estate, property development, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, compliance requirements, and contract management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with experience in sales/CRM systems.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with proven experience managing and motivating teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset.
- Prior experience working at the real estate developer level will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) rules and regulations.
- Hands-on, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
