Responsibilities :
Preparation of project documentations (Site Clearance, Name List, PTW, Risk Assessment etc)
Assist in planning for jobs required according to work schedule and requirements and ensure budget and cost are in control.
Coordinate with customers and plan for job schedules.
Evaluate customer needs and respond effectively with a good plan.
Liaise with operations and sales team on customers' feedbacks and complaints
Liaise with operations and sales team and accounts department for timely billing of work done
Maintaining proper department filings and records
Assist in preparations of quotations, and internal registration.
Renewal and maintain relevant licenses.
Provide administration support to the Operations/ Sales Team
Assume any other duties suitable duties as and when assigned by the Company
