- Position: Sales Admin/Coordinator (Customer Service)
- Location: Toh Guan-Few bus stops from Jurong East Interchange
- Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
- Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $3000 + Bonus +Medical
- Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and provide accurate quotations to customers in a timely manner.
- Deliver excellent customer service to foster strong, long-term client relationships and support the achievement of the company's annual sales targets.
- Liaise and coordinate effectively with local suppliers to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
- Perform ad hoc administrative duties for the Director as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 2 experience in sales/service industry
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' level holder
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
