Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers and suppliers via telephone or electronically.
- Process sales orders.
- Place orders with intercompany or other approved suppliers.
- Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Arrange delivery schedules and prepare Delivery Orders, Packing Lists, export documents, and invoices for customers.
- Monitor accounts receivable.
Requirements:
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of sales administration principles and practices.
- Experience in sales administration functions, including issuing Delivery Orders, invoices, and arranging delivery schedules.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word).
- Experience in import and export documentation is an advantage.
