As Export Sales Administrator, you’ll be the engine behind our international business.
You’ll manage orders from quote to delivery, support our ASEAN sales partners, and ensure customers receive top-notch service — all while coordinating seamlessly with logistics and operations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate international sales orders from distributors and agents.
Liaise with freight forwarders to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.
Manage pricing, quotations, and sample requests for sales teams.
Support global trade shows and marketing initiatives.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with HQ.
Maintain data for order tracking and reporting.
Requirements
2 – 4 years of sales admin / export experience (preferably in electronics, lighting, or technical products).
Familiarity with Incoterms, export documentation, and international shipping.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Quickbooks systems.
Experience working with European partners or markets is an advantage.
