Job Description
- Process of claims such as Medical, transport etc
- Arranging for training and recording of staff training
- Handle email/phone enquiries
- Generate New Business Leads through email and marketing software
- Provide support in preparing and submitting tender documents
- Prepare quotations and invoices
- Coordinate sales meetings and training events including booking of venues
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, documentation and presentations.
- Assist in the execution of recruitment , i.e. posting of advertisements, arrangement of interview.
- Work closely with Operations, and Office team to forecast manpower and align schedule accordingly.
- Other ad-hoc admin duties assigned by Director / Assistant Director.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Singapore Diploma OR GCE 'A' Level qualification OR Equivalent
- Educational background in Engineering is an advantage
- Good customer service attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with accounting software such as ABSS or Xero is a plus
- Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and counterparts)
