We're Hiring – Admin Executive (Customer Service Role) Position: Admin Executive (with Customer Service Role) Location: Mandai Estate (Near Kranji MRT) Working Hours: 5 days work week (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and service requests (phone, email, walk-in)
- Assist in coordinating service and repair jobs
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and invoicing
- Liaise with suppliers, technicians, and customers
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the service centre
Requirements:
- Prior experience in admin or customer service
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
