Sales and Admin Manager/Assistant Manager
Position Summary
This is a role that combines sales development , administrative support and digital enablement .
The position is critical in ensuring smooth backend operations while supporting business growth in the corporate and commercial construction sector.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Monitor tender portals (e.g., GeBIZ) and identify relevant opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager for timely tender submissions.
- Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and supporting documents for bids.
- Maintain organized records of client communications, contracts, and sales activities.
- Represent the company at meetings, briefings, and industry events to build relationships.
Project & Operations Support
- Handle general office administration and procurement tasks.
- Manage stock and ensure efficient deployment of equipment to customer sites.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and suppliers.
- Support project handovers by liaising with operations and site teams.
General Finance Support
- Assist with invoice preparation, payment follow-ups, and expense tracking.
- Coordinate with external Accountant and HR provider for payroll and compliance matters.
Digital & IT Enablement
- Support ERP system implementation and train staff on system usage.
- Provide basic IT support for office systems and software.
- Assist in implementing digital workflows to improve efficiency and reporting.

- Professional and confident in engaging both internal teams and external clients.
- Willingness to learn and adopt digital tools in a Microsoft-centric environment.
- Healthcare sector experience will be an advantage.
- Experience in surveillance and access control industry will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in sales coordination , project administration, ERP is an advantage but not mandatory.
