We are hiring on behalf of our client, an automation machinery manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales application guidance and technical assistance to prospective customers.
- Deliver after-sales support and technical backup to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promote products through telemarketing, live demonstrations, and a variety of marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Manage and grow sales within the existing customer base.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or higher in Electrical/ Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic/ Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in a similar technical sales or engineering support role.
- Preferably a junior executive with a background in Engineering/ Technical/ IT sales.
- Hands-on knowledge of wireless sensors, IoT, level sensors, PLCs, and/ or HMI systems; control system exposure is a plus.
- Experience with measurement instruments is an advantage.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
- Product training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, enabling effective engagement and relationship-building with a diverse customer base.
