Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies across local and regional markets to meet revenue targets and budget objectives.
- Identify and pursue new market segments and business opportunities, while nurturing existing client relationships through effective engagement.
- Lead the Sales team in preparing proposals, presenting business plans, conducting pricing analysis, and negotiating contracts to ensure successful and profitable project delivery.
- Ensure high standards of sales service quality and compliance with departmental policies and procedures, while safeguarding the company's proprietary information.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, trade shows, and presentations to promote the company's brand and product offerings.
- Deliver exceptional after-sales support, including technical advisory services as needed.
- Analyze customer needs and tailor marketing efforts to effectively position products and solutions.
- Craft, present, and sell compelling value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
- Collect customer insights and market intelligence to support business development efforts and counter competitive strategies.
- Offer value-added services by proposing cost-effective alternatives and providing relevant information to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Explore opportunities for value-added projects and product diversification to expand business portfolio.
- Prepare and present the annual sales budget for management approval, and oversee its implementation and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with local Sales & Marketing teams and Plant Managers to facilitate information exchange and align on strategic directives.
- Prepare and submit responses to RFPs and RFQs.
- Mentor, train, and support the Sales team in executing organizational plans and achieving sales objectives.
- Recruit, onboard, set performance goals, and evaluate the effectiveness of the Sales team and direct reports.
- Willing and able to travel internationally 50–70% of the time, or as required, to engage with customers and support the Sales team.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management or direct supervisors.
