The Traveller DMC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Sales and Operations Executive.
Responsibilities
Manage and prepare quotations for group bookings in response to enquiries from our partners.
Coordinate group operations, including but not limited to liaising with Hotels, Attractions, and Event Venues and ensuring smooth execution of travel plans.
Collaborate with the sales and operations team to optimize processes and improve customer experience.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with our partners, providing them with accurate and prompt responses to their enquiries.
Assist in developing sales strategies and setting sales targets.
Requirements
Excellent command of English.
A second language is advantageous.
Minimum 5 years of work experience in inbound travel, handling the Western market.
Strong understanding of the tourism industry and group operations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and enjoy making connections with people.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM systems.
