Responsibilities
Convert outlets orders to production orders.
Attend to outlets and customers’ enquiry and feedback.
Answer Retail Outlet’s enquiries on orders and products timely.
Input inventory stock in Business Central.
Adjust stock for each individual outlet and recall their customized sales order.
Manage sales email account to ensure that customers’ enquiries are attended to in a timely manner.
Manage sales phone to ensure that customers’ enquiries are responded in a timely manner.
Ensure proper handling requirements for all the process orders from customers.
Ensure all administrative processes are handled according to the stipulated requirement.
Record and keep track of customers’ feedback.
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Nitec / Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in order fulfillment and sales coordinator role.
Familiarity with the Business Central system is an added advantage.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision, and yet be a team player.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Work as a team and be a strong team player.
Able to start work with a short notice period.
Working Arrangements
Working hours: 6.30am to 4.00pm.
Rest days: 2 days per schedule (including 1 weekend off) by Dept Manager.
Public Holidays on rotation.
Meal Break: 1 hour.
Benefits
Annual Leave: 10 days, plus 1 additional day after 12 months in service.
Up to 14 days.
Annual Incentive Bonus: 0.5 month basic salary, paid out twice a year.
