Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales and Project Consultant to join our growing team.
This role combines sales and project management , overseeing the entire process from initial enquiry to successful project completion.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement
- Handle sales enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and online leads
- Understand product ranges and basic technical specifications
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and invoices
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Project Management
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Allocate resources effectively and manage vendor/third-party coordination
- Track and monitor progress
- Manage project risks, scope changes, and financial constraints
- Provide timely reports and escalate issues to management when necessary
Leadership & Collaboration
- Delegate tasks according to team members' skills and strengths
- Support and guide junior staff to achieve project milestones
- Develop and maintain project documentation, spreadsheets, and workflows
- Foster strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners
Continuous Development
- Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge
- Participate in training and conferences as required
- Contribute to process improvements and organizational growth
