As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the smooth operations of our sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist the Sales Team in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and tender submissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
· Manage sales orders and oversee the delivery process to ensure seamless transactions and customer satisfaction
· Coordinate projects effectively, liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
· Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, whether via phone, email, or walk-ins to our showroom, providing professional and friendly assistance
· Schedule and conduct sales visits and appointments for the sales team
· Handle the preparation, coordination, and follow-up of purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, and payments to facilitate efficient transactions
· Undertake general office administrative duties as required
