Position Overview
We are seeking a
sales and project management professional
who is
hands‐on, meticulous, and proactive .
The ideal candidate enjoys building strong customer relationships through site visits and technical understanding, and takes full ownership of projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand sales of industrial air compressors and related equipment within Singapore.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, quotation, and negotiation to order closing.
Conduct site assessments and liaise with customers to ensure proper installation requirements are met.
Coordinate with engineering and service teams on project implementation, installation, and commissioning.
Prepare technical proposals, tender submissions, and project documentation.
Build long‐term relationships with clients through reliability, responsiveness, and professionalism.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Prior experience (3–5 years) in industrial equipment sales or project management is advantageous but not essential.
Meticulous and detail‐oriented, with strong follow‐up discipline.
Self‐motivated and action‐driven, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to be firm and professional when required.
Practical, adaptable, and street‐smart, with willingness to travel on‐site to meet customers.
