We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Sales and Retention Consultant.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Provide best possible service levels and customer relations in a timely manner
  • Understand customer needs and identify solutions through necessary research and available resources
  • Support in communicating financial solutions, features, and benefits, to customer by adhering to established standards and procedures
  • Maintain customer information and updates records and database for both existing and prospective client
  • Perform the routine task under moderate degree of supervision
  • Act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience
  • Ensure individual key performance indicators are achieved

Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • Excellent communication skills
  • To be highly motivated, target-driven and disciplined
  • To possess initiative and able to work independently
  • To be pleasant, optimistic and able to build rapport with customers quickly
  • Basic computing skills like Microsoft word, Excel etc
    Prior sales experience would be advantageous but not essential
