Job Description

The Sales and Service Expert is responsible for maximising sales opportunities to achieve sales targets, maintaining a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm, and reflecting commitment to customer service.

The role also involves understanding and managing product knowledge, being responsible for store team members, assessing customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to drive business.

The Sales and Service Expert will be required to process incoming and outgoing merchandise for loss prevention compliance within the store, work non-traditional hours on weekends and holidays, and deliver extraordinary service to customers.

They will be an effective and efficient team player, managing inventory and maintaining it according to company guidelines, keeping up-to-date with promotional events and sales, handling customer questions, complaints, and issues, and helping retail sales staff achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • A strong customer service mentality, proactive, and willing to learn attitude.

  • Being a good team player with a positive personality.

  • Able to perform retail operational hours including weekends and public holidays.

  • Assisting and supporting the Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor is required.

  • Minimum 1 or 2 years of relevant working experience.

  • Able to work island-wide in rotation, retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
