Responsibilities
- Identify and penetrate key industries including Food Packaging, Medical, Petrochemical, Chemical, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Electronics, and Semiconductors to expand market presence.
- Develop and manage new and strategic accounts with a focus on achieving defined sales goals and business objectives.
- Engage customers regularly to initiate, coordinate, and follow through on all sales activities.
- Prepare quarterly sales forecasts and consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for the Singapore region.
- Respond to sales inquiries and prepare proposals for products, repairs, field services, and spare parts.
- Provide hands-on after-sales support, including on-site troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
- Generate and follow up on leads and opportunities and take full ownership of quotation follow-ups.
- Collaborate closely with customers to explore application needs and propose technically appropriate solutions.
- Conduct competitive and pricing analysis to support market positioning across different customer segments in Singapore.
- Deliver product and application training to customers as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering / Chemical Enginering or related discpline
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, sales applications, or marketing within the Electronics, Semiconductor, Biomedical, Oil & Gas, Chemical, or Pharmaceutical industries.
- Prior knowledge of vacuum pumps and hands-on field experience is advantageous but not required.
