We are looking for a proactive and flexible Sales Assistant to support our sales team and overall business operations.
Sales Support & Administration
Assist the sales team with daily operations including preparing sales documents, proposals, and contracts.
Generate regular reports on sales performance and customer insights.
Customer Relationship Management
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or in-person.
Provide after-sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Coordination & Communication
Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless order processing.
Track inventory levels and coordinate with supply teams to ensure product availability.
Market & Sales Insights
Conduct basic market research to identify new prospects or trends.
Support in preparing presentations and pitches for potential clients.
Flexibility & Adaptability
Step in to support event operations when the event manager is unavailable.
