Sales Assistant – Immigration Services

Location: 1 Maritime Square, #10-54, Harbourfront Centre S

Salary: SGD 2,400 – 3,600 monthly (varying with experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to support our immigration consultancy team.

The role involves assisting sales consultants with client inquiries, maintaining records, following up with leads, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the processing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in handling client inquiries about visa, study, work, and migration services.

  • Provide initial information to prospective clients and schedule consultations with senior consultants.

  • Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accurate and organised records.

  • Conduct follow-up calls/emails with leads to nurture interest and encourage conversions.

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements under the guidance of the sales consultant.

  • Support marketing and promotional activities to generate leads.

  • Coordinate with the processing/operations team to track client application progress.

  • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing basic client concerns promptly.

Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred) in business, marketing, or related field.

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administration (experience in immigration/education services is an advantage).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good organisational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
