Assisting the Sales Manager in planning and implementing sales strategies
Monitoring and analyzing sales performance
Training and mentoring sales team members to improve their performance
Managing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the company's reputation
Working closely with marketing team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns
Identifying sales opportunities and potential new customers
Assisting in the preparation of budgets and sales forecasts
Handling customer complaints and resolving any issues that may arise
Preparing sales reports and presenting them to senior management
Helping to coordinate sales operations, including inventory and order processing
Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Manager in overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
