Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Head of Sales to develop and execute sales strategy to achieve growth targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, pipelines and performance updates in CRM
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Generate and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within the freight forwarding
• In-depth knowledge of international shipping processes, customs clearance, and trade documentation
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in managing client relationships
