Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Coordinator, your day-to-day tasks will include:
Sales Support:
Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales contracts in a timely and accurate manner.
CRM Management:
Maintain and update our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with client information, activities, and sales pipeline data.
Lead Management:
Qualify inbound leads and distribute them to the appropriate sales representatives.
Assist with outbound lead generation campaigns.
Client Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.
Coordination & Scheduling:
Manage the sales team’s calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and demos for both internal and external stakeholders.
Reporting:
Generate regular sales reports on metrics such as pipeline activity, lead conversion, and team performance.
Administrative Excellence:
Handle general administrative duties, including preparing presentations, organizing sales materials, and processing orders.
