Roles & Responsibilities Role Overview:
As a Store Associate, you will be the face of the brand, ensuring every guest receives a world-class luxury experience.
You will support the store team in daily operations, assist clients with personalized service, and help maintain the boutique's premium standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients with warmth, professionalism, and product expertise.
- Support sales by promoting merchandise and upselling where appropriate.
- Maintain visual merchandising, store presentation, and overall boutique ambiance.
- Process sales transactions accurately and assist with payment and invoicing.
- Assist with stock management, inventory control, and merchandise replenishment.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and minor issues promptly and courteously.
- Support store operations, including opening/closing procedures and compliance.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and deliver a seamless client experience.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Customer-centric with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and polished in presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment.
- Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Passion for luxury fashion and lifestyle is a plus.
