Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, delivering a refined luxury experience from the very first interaction.Provide expert advice on collections, utilizing in-depth product knowledge and compelling brand storytelling.Maximize sales opportunities through strong client engagement, upselling, and tailored service.Foster long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and consistent follow-up.Assist in daily boutique operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and order fulfillment.Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and uphold brand standards at all times. The Talent:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, watches, or premium hospitality.Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets within a consultative sales setting.Genuine passion for luxury craftsmanship, horology, and fine jewelry.Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, service orientation, passion, motivation for selling, and a strong aesthetic sense.
