Job Description:
- Responsible for managing all sales activities within the assigned district ensuring consistent customer engagement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact to customers, coordinating all activities and projects to achieve targets while optimizing internal resource use.
- Act as a key communicator and representative of the company to customers, end-users, influencers, and focus groups.
- Function as the first point of contact for all influencers in the security and communications system business within the region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including scheduling meetings with potential customers, end-users, influencers, authorities, and industry associations.
- Communicating new product and solution developments to prospective clients, providing feedback to the sales organization and management team.
- Act as the first contact to potential partners, including planning, preparing presentations, and coordinating further activities in the organization to build stronger relations with potential prospects.
- Conduct market and opportunity analysis to identify new verticals, markets, and business models to increase sales, profitability, and market share.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Commercial Economics (Sales, Marketing or Business Administration).
- Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in the security and/or communication industries.
- Strong understanding of the market landscape, including competitor products and industry trends.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Proficient in English, with good communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Excellent negotiation skills in decision maker environment.
- Self-driven and results-oriented, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Valid driver's license with a willingness to travel frequently to meet business needs.
