**Role Responsibilities:**



+ Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across APAC

+ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue & Margin targets

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver new solutions, improve customer support

+ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools, including Leveraging Sales tools to win

+ Price to win by gathering Market Pricing insights across channels and regions to develop price/product solutions



**Role Purpose:**

+ Ability to introduce new products in HVAC Aftermarket

**Minimum Requirements:**



We are looking for people who are sales driven.

As a minimum you must have:



+ 3-7 years experience in Sales/Business Development

+ Proven Track Record of exceeding sales/margin targets

+ Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking

+ Experience in HVAC Aftermarket is a major plus

+ Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes

+ Comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive in a startup or high-growth environment
