Sales & Client Solutions Manager - Xponential Digital - Singapore

We are hiring a Sales & Client Solutions Manage r to drive business growth, consult with clients, and craft tailored Zoho-based solutions that solve real business challenges.

This is not just a relationship-maintenance role—you will be actively developing new opportunities, uncovering client needs, and shaping solution proposals with confidence.

About the Role: Sales & Client Solutions Manager

Your Responsibilities

  1. Business Development

  2. Identify, connect with, and engage corporate clients across industries.

  3. Proactively generate opportunities through networking, referrals, and events.

  4. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, consistently achieving outreach and revenue goals.

  5. Client Consultation & Solutioning

  6. Meet with clients to understand business processes, challenges, and automation needs.

  7. Recommend tailored Zoho implementations and integrations aligned with their goals.

  8. Collaborate with technical teams to prepare customized proposals and solution demonstrations.

  9. Proposal & Deal Closing

  10. Craft persuasive, well-structured proposals highlighting Zoho capabilities.

  11. Present confidently and follow up proactively to close deals within agreed timelines.

  12. Account Management

  13. Nurture long-term relationships with key accounts.

  14. Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across Zoho products and related services.

  15. Track client satisfaction and feedback to improve solution offerings.
