We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at a leading Telco retail store.
The successful candidate will take full ownership of store sales operations — from achieving sales targets and maintaining customer relationships, to managing demo phone deployment and liaising with telco partners.

Job Responsibilities:
Product Promotion & Sales
Actively promote and demonstrate the latest mobile phones
- Explain product features, specifications, promotions, and benefits clearly to customers
- Recommend suitable mobile plans (e.g. Singtel, StarHub, M1) based on customer needs
Customer Service
Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer inquiries related to devices, plans, warranties, and after-sales support
- Guide customers through the purchase process smoothly
Sales Target & Commission
Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Earn commission based on the number of mobile phones sold – higher sales = higher commission
- Accurately record daily sales and report performance
Product Display & Inventory
Ensure product displays and demo units are clean, functional, and well-presented
- Assist with simple stock monitoring and restocking
- Manage deployment, maintenance, and replacement of demo phones
- Support in-store merchandising, promotional setup, and visual presentation
Teamwork & Feedback
Collaborate with store team and telco brand representatives
- Attend product training sessions to stay updated on new launches
- Share customer feedback and market insights with the management team
Telco Partner Liaison
Build and maintain strong relationships with telco brand representatives and channel managers
- Share market feedback and customer insights with both management and telco partners
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on new product launches and promotions
Work Schedule:
- 6-day work week
- Working on Saturdays and Sundays is compulsory
- One rest day on weekdays (Monday to Friday)
- Must be willing to work on rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
Requirements:
- Prior sales experience preferred, especially in mobile or electronics retail
- Outgoing, confident, and customer-oriented personality
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Malay/Tamil is an advantage.
