Roles & Responsibilities:
Engage and qualify prospects through outbound calls, scheduling consultations, and consistent follow-ups.
Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand client needs and propose suitable service solutions.
Manage objections professionally and guide clients through the decision-making and onboarding process.
Maintain accurate lead records and communications using CRM tools and WhatsApp for Business.
Achieve monthly sales targets while continuously improving sales techniques and market knowledge.
Requirements:
Diploma and above
At least 2 years of consultative sales experience in high-value or service-based industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and persistent in follow-ups and closing.
Proficient in CRM systems and familiar with structured sales processes.
Able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Salary: $2,500 to $3,000
