Job Description
Responsible for positioning Oracle Session Delivery Portfolio with Enterprise and Service Providers in the JAPAC Region.
Serve as a subject‐matter expert on Oracle SBC and related Oracle Communications solutions.
Conduct in-depth technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer requirements.
Lead solution architecture design sessions, RFP/RFI responses, and proof‐of‐concepts (POCs).
Responsibilities
Direct and manage pre‐sales resources throughout the sales cycle, providing technical and functional leadership to the sales team in developing and implementing customer applications and products.
Participate in account planning and strategy development; publish technical information on specific applications and/or technical articles.
Manage and mentor a team of SBC pre‐sales engineers and solution architects, owning the technical sales process from discovery through proposal, demo, and closing.
Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Serve as a subject‐matter expert on Oracle SBC and related Oracle Communications solutions, delivering in‐depth technical presentations and product demonstrations.
Lead solution architecture design sessions, RFP/RFI responses, and proof‐of‐concepts.
Engage with enterprise, carrier, and government customers to understand business and technical requirements, translating complex needs into effective Oracle SBC solutions and addressing technical objections.
Work cross‐functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Professional Services to ensure alignment.
